Riley Porter - Founder.

Founder of Noetic Mental Performance, Riley has a background in Social work and Psychology. Riley states she has always  felt a strong call to help other people become successful and learn from her own mistakes.  Learning how to  balance owning a business while being a mom, teacher, spouse and friend requires significant mental strength which Riley cites she gained from being a former division one student athlete.  Working with her own mental performance coach in college, and passion for mental health is what drives Riley to work as a mental coach. She is particularly interested in helping youth athletes excel outside their comfort zone by strengthening their mental game. Using personal experiences and tools and techniques back by positive psychology, Riley's goal is to help people develop healthy coping skills, to increase their overall mental health.
